For teachers

How to use the simulations in class – on the projector, on tablets or as homework.

In short

  • Free and no sign-up. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Nothing to install, no consent forms needed.
  • Any device. The simulations run in the browser on whiteboards, projectors, laptops, tablets and phones – with mouse, pen or finger.
  • Works offline. After the first visit all pages also work without an internet connection.

Sharing a simulation with your class

Every setting of a simulation is stored in its address (the link). The Share button gives you:

  1. a link for your learning platform, worksheet or presentation,
  2. a QR code your class can scan straight from the projector (Show large QR code fills the whole screen).

Two extra options turn any setup into an exercise:

  • Lock controls: students see exactly your setup but cannot change it by accident. (The lock can be lifted deliberately – it is a teaching aid, not an exam environment.)
  • Hide results: equations, zeros and other solution values are hidden and can be revealed one by one.

On the projector

  • Full screen fills the whole screen while keeping the controls visible.
  • Highlighted points can be dragged directly – also on interactive whiteboards.
  • Zoom with the +/− buttons, Ctrl + mouse wheel or two fingers.
  • Save as image exports a PNG, e.g. for worksheets.

Curriculum

Topics are organised by grade and aligned with the German national educational standards (KMK). Each simulation shows its grade level and the related competences.

Using the gear icon at the top right you can also choose a German state. The subject pages are then sorted by the grades of that state’s curriculum, and each simulation shows the matching reference to the state curriculum. So far, curricula for the Gymnasium in mathematics and physics are included; more states and school types will follow. The learning material itself is deliberately neutral and only gives approximate grade levels.

Privacy

The site stores no personal data and sets no cookies. Only your colour scheme, your language choice, your chosen German state (if any) and – for offline use – the pages themselves are stored in your browser. See the privacy policy.
